Peter Pingitore joined the Board in 2023. He is a partner in the law firm Pingitore & Fitzpatrick, LLC. He represents businesses and executives operating in a variety of market sectors, providing representation on litigation, employment, and day-to-day legal matters. Peter is a long-time Needham resident and participant in town government. He is a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals (2026 – ), has served on the Town Financed Community Housing Oversight Committee (2023 – 2026) (Vice Chair), the Community Preservation Committee (2016-2023) (Chair 2019 – 2023), and the Needham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners (2008-2020) (Vice Chair 2009 – 2011 and Chair 2012 – 2016). He has been an elected Town Meeting Member since 2001.
Peter has a degree in economics (B.A., cum laude), from the University of New Hampshire, and a law degree (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law.
