Enhanced Living
Vista Terrace Enhanced Living
The Small House model at Vista Terrace is a holistic, person-centered approach to provide seniors with Enhanced Independent Living with personal service in elegant surroundings. Studies by the Commonwealth Fund and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation show that residents in innovative senior enhanced models similar to Vista Terrace enjoy higher satisfaction levels, less physical decline, and a consistently more positive outlook.
At our Vista Terrace residences, we give members of the North Hill Community attractive perks and benefits rarely experienced at other senior living locations. The “Small House” model puts services and common spaces close to residents. Members of the household can independently enjoy these amenities without having to worry about getting there. Each “Small House” includes 11 private apartments. In the center of the households, you will find elegant open spaces, which are designed to be shared among the household neighbors, including a living room with a fireplace, dining room, den, and other social spaces, engendering a sense of community.
